📄 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SubEagle ("the App"), provided by NaRiSystems ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using SubEagle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

SubEagle is a bill and subscription tracking app for Android. It helps you track recurring bills and subscriptions, view upcoming due dates and monthly spending, and back up your data via Google Drive. SubEagle is local-first: it does not link to your bank account, and does not access or read your actual financial transactions.

💳 Free Tier & Premium Subscription

SubEagle is free to download and use, with core features available at no cost, supported by advertising. An optional Premium subscription is available which removes ads and unlocks additional features (such as Google Drive backup). Premium is offered at:

🔁 Billing, Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

All payments are processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store app, under Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you retain Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

🎁 Free Trials

If a free trial is offered for Premium, it will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase, along with its duration and the date your paid subscription will begin if you do not cancel before the trial ends.

↩️ Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policies, since all purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.

🔒 Your Data

SubEagle stores your bill and subscription data locally on your device by default. If you enable Google Drive backup, your data is stored in your own personal Google Drive account, accessible only to you. We do not sell your personal data.

✅ Acceptable Use

You agree to use SubEagle only for its intended purpose — tracking your own bills and subscriptions — and not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

™️ Intellectual Property

SubEagle, including its design, branding, and underlying code, is the property of NaRiSystems. You're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own personal use.

🛡️ Disclaimer of Warranties

SubEagle is provided "as is." While we work to keep the App accurate and reliable, we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NaRiSystems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

🔄 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

🚪 Termination

You may stop using SubEagle at any time by uninstalling the App and cancelling any active subscription via Google Play. We reserve the right to suspend access for users who violate these Terms.

🏛️ Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
